A little bit o' this, a little bit o' that.
NOT UR USUAL 4TH OF JULY
Celebrating America has gotten a little tough. Trump's zero-tolerance immigration policy, which separated families at the border, made my friend and I unable to blindly celebrate our freedom. We still wanted to keep things positive, so we hosted a party. With the 10% of the bar tab as well as some cash in our donation jar, we donated nearly $200 to RAICES Texas.
GAME OF CONES
Game of Thrones ice cream parties.
Don't worry, the metrics came through: many of my friends shared it to their Instagram stories.
That one friend is only born once. She happened to have a tropical birthday party in not-so-tropical NYC weather. I made temporary tattoos to make the event even more 'grammable than the sand-covered floors of the tiki bar we were at.
MY MOM'S CHAPBOOKS
My mom is a poet, and I designed the cover artwork for both of her chapbooks.
PHOTOS OF MOUNTAINS
I lived in Colorado for a year. The main activities involve mountains, which is an excellent opportunity to learn about aperture.
